"A New Approach for an Old Problem"

The project of the Tizitlipa Ecological Park it is an esencial part of the Proposal of Control and Development for Settlements on Ecological Preservation Zones, through witch it is intented to recover the ecological preservation zones; in the case of Tizitlipa it is a zone with birds migration to San Gregorio's hill.

As an esential part of this project we found the CIDECTEC, that it is the center in wich it will be developed the biological, ecological, botanical and veterinary investigations of the Ecological Park.

The project has also an aviary of more than 3,000 sqr meters and a 10 ecological houses complex for national or international researchers.

• Use of specialties fixtures (Piped services (Cold water), Hot water -by solar heating-, Sanitary (ducted services) -recicled and drainage-, Electrical -by photocells-, Gas, Pressurized air -injection-, Vaccum -suction-, Fire Detection, TV closed circuit, Telephony (voice) and Data).
• Prehispanic architecture and urban planning concept.
